| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 1, 2008 Bottle: Deep copper pour with a medium size sandy head. Thick sticky lacing. Aroma is rich with citrus and sweet caramel. Wet florals. Tastes hoppy and fresh with floral and citrus. Spicey undertones and a little tingling sensation of grapefruit. Sort of wild and not quite refined. Still enjoyable. Thanks to Tytoanderso. oakbluff (302), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 29, 2008 Smells of piney hops, with a slight frutiness. Decent hop bit out of the box, with not much left to linger. Zero orange aspect to speak of. Good IPA, but i drank a Bitter Woman right after this, and liked that quite a bit more. No sense in buying this again for 2.50 a bottle. The least impressive BGW of any I have had. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 28, 2008 Clear copper-orange color, nice dense thin white head. Nice sharp hop mix, real citric but not peppery. Great aroma. Nice taste - malty up front, then the grapefruit component comes out. Nice long finish. Great concept, well executed. holdenn (1451), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 28, 2008 Bottle from Discount Liquors. A really good IPA that pours a hazed orange with a creamy off white head that lingers. Lots of grapefruit, oranges, and lemon malts in the nose. Fresh and abundant. The flavor is all grapefruit resin with ripe tropical fruits and floral hops coming through. The malt backbone is caramelly and bready But mostly bitter grapefruit resin that is delicious. I really liked this one a lot. laguerita (111), Chicago, Illinois, USA
