| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Sep 12, 2009 12 oz bottle, about a year old. Pretty pink brown with a pocked balsa head leaving lacy veils. Nose is caramel and brown sugar with, understandably, just a hint of hops. Medium body with soft but prickly carb. Taste is orange peel and caramel finishing with grapefruit and a smooth bitter bite. Quite interesting; the peel addition has held up well and provides good balance in lieu of the faded hops.
