Slightly hazy red body, thin buff head. Aroma of candy, caramel, and brown sugar, tart and sweet. Sweet caramely body with light tartness, earthy, and thin. Not bad, but too sweet and thin-feeling.

From the bottle this pours an orange-ish chestnut body capped by slender ecru head. Very little lacing. The aroma is very sweet and malty, caramel with some maple syrup. The earthy hopping really doesn’t show up until the flavor, almost strong enough to cut into some of the sweetness. Okay.

On Tap Brewery. Pours dark reddish brown with thin head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is sweet malts, and earth. Flavor is sweet malts and a bit of light caramel or toffee. A bit of hop flavoring peeks through but not much. Finishes sweet. The palate is on the lighter side. A dceent brew.

12 oz bottle. Poured a clear ruddy-orange color. Head was two fingers high, khaki, and reduced slowly to a thin film. A bit of lace was left behind at the end. Attractive aroma of chocolate, brown sugar, and a whiff of coffee. Dry up front with sugars building in sweetness up to the finish. The flavor was malt dominated with cereal grain, toffee, and subdued cola elements. I occasionally tasted a hint of alcohol after the finish as well. Not a bad beer.

Pours a brown red color. Aroma is earthy, brown sugar, and a hint of apple. Taste is sugary sweet malts, caramel, toffee, and a hint of coffee. A decent brew, but this style has never wowed me yet.

12oz bottle - Poured dark reddish brown color with small head that faded quickly. Smelled like brown sugar and caramel apples. Has a apple cider taste with brown sugar finish. This brew is fairly sweet with very lttle else. I could only drink one of these brews due to tasting like watered down whiskey.

Brown colored beer with a thin tan head. Caramel and apples in the aroma. Extremely sweet tasting stuff. Lots of apple juice in the flavor and an odd slightly souring aftertaste. Seems a little thin and simple but still drinkable.

Bottled 19 Nov 07. Pours a dark clean copper with a small off white head and pretty big carbonation. Aroma is sugary malts (almost like fruity pebbles). Flavor is overly sweet malts, caramel. Almost too sweet for my taste.
