Thanks to Skyview for sharing. Mollases nose on this dark brown pour. Grape flavor hanging around in this otherwise sweet caramel flavored beer.

Thanks to skyview for sharing. Dark amberish color. Little to no head. Super deep rich sweet nose with hints of smoke. Kinda light mouthfeel, with a great sourdough like sweet edged flavor. Very nice and unique.

Bottle sampled at Hopdog’s basement bar with Hopdog, Jasonmech77, and TomDecapolis. Pours a deep brown with a tan head. Nice aroma of dark dried fruit, malt, and a hint of berry. Soft carbonation with medium texture. Initial malty flavor of raisen, maple, and brown sugar. Finish is a tad thin and lacks depth. Not bad, but other beers in their lineup are far better.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with drewbeerme (thanks!). Poured a light to medium brownish color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of nuts, earhty, citrus (oranges), caramel, and burnt/roast. Tastes of lighter roast, caramel, nuts, and bready.

Thanks to hopdog for sharing. Pours a lightly hazy ruby/brown/amber with a smaller bubbly off white head. Aroma of various deep fruits, toasted malts, Flavor of molasses, dark fruits, toffee, nuts, toasted malts and some brown sugar. Came across as being a bigger beer than 6.4%.

Bottle from Ryan. Thanks. Pours out a light brown color without much of a head. Smell is sweet and malty smelling, some roasted notes, and not really much else. Taste is sweet and rich, but not really what I was expecting at all. Not sure this can even compare to their brewers gone wild series. Its not bad, but damn, its not that great either. Worth seeking out just to try it, but its pretty forgetful in the long run.

12oz, no date. Pours a clear ruby brown with a minimal beige head that eventually roused to a 1/2 finger and then quickly faded to a ring. Aroma has some light roast, dirty chocolate, toasted grain and caramel on the verge of being toffee--the dirt and toffee dominate. Flavor has a little bit of nuts to go with the toasted malts and tofeee with the sweetness I would expect from a doppel. There is still a little bit of earth, though the flavor is better than the aroma. Low bitterness with a semidry finish. Light carbonation though slightly prickly and a medium body. Not too bad, I was expecting this to be not very good.

Cloudy brown color with a thin tan head. Doughy malt aroma. Taste is very sweet malt up front reminiscent of dark fruit rolled in brown sugar. Slightly acidic finish with a lingering bread dough aftertaste and a nice medium body. A very good doppelbock.
