deep copper colo, almond-colored creamy head. aroma is bright and citrusy with a monster caramel maltiness. Flavor has a nice caramel and toasty quality to it. plenty of hops and not as sweet as I would have imagined based on the nose. finishes with a crisp and slightly earthy quality and the bitterness lingers.

Pours a ruby/orange almost purple color with a nice off-white medium foam on top. Interesting malt aroma, rye? sweet and pungent, floral hops, way different for an IPA. Totally tastes like rye malts, lightly fruity, a little bit sugary sweet, and some bittering hops. Kinda salty in the finish, pine and resin. Medium/light body, not sticky, great smooth small bubble carbonation. If its not rye that taste must come from the roast... I like that flavor.

Tasted at the Carolina Crew gathering, Greenville NC - thanks to Facto for this tasty treat. Very refreshing after a few stouts. Dark amber pour; almost copper with white head and nice lace. Floral aroma. Piney flavor with a nice dry finish

Tasted at the Carolina Crew gathering, Greenville - thanks to Facto for sharing! Another winner from Tyranena, a well balanced, hop forward pale that’s meaningfully distinct from their other offerings like Bitter Woman and Hop Whore. Rich and creamy pour and body, nice floral aroma, and a slightly dry, chalky finish. Satisfying even if not too unique.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and had I guessed I would have been wrong. Poured a darker hue of red than I though and while the bottle said audaciously hopped I found it rather smooth. Very enjoyable and I will be back for more.

bronze body with a nice white head that leaves lots of lacing on the glass.aroma is of pine/citrus hops, caramel malts, and some oxidation.flavor is much of the same with an ice tea like finish.once again the tyranena crew come correct.

In short: Tasty, dry yet fruity IPA. Very interesting take on the style.
How: Bottle, 12oz, from either Ughsmash or KinginIPA (anyway both Jason and Mike hooked me up with so many kick-ass beers that who cares what this one comes from).
The look: Clear very dark red body with a medium off-wite head. Good lacings.
In long: Nose of fruit cake and fruit salad. Taste is surprisingly dry. Yeast very apparent. Dry, dusty and floury, yet with plenty of juicy and fruity flavours. Some cherry skins and a light sourness. Intense caramel with a little brown sugar and red liquorice hint. Bitterness is short but sharp with medium intensity. Overall very tasty but never aggressive. Very glad I discovered that beer, I can finally enjoy stickin it up to the man and not end-up loosing my job.

This one pours a reddish tinted golden/amber color with a pretty nice head. The aroma is really fresh, like a spring rain. The flavor is very nice, mild sweetness with a very citrus happiness. Delicious, this IPA is tantalizing.
