Looks, smells, and tastes like a good pale ale. Pretty much the definition of a pale ale. Nothing incredibly exciting or different about it, but that doesn’t mean it’s no good. Solid brew.

Bottle. Clear golden pour, very little head. Aroma pretty sweet and malty for a pale ale. Not much hops in aroma. Flavor also malty sweet with a bitter hop finish. The finish also seemed slightly stale.

Pours a clear copper colour with a decent off white head at first, but it quickly dissipates. Caramel, bread, pine and orange on the nose. Taste is smooth, lightly hopped with a chewy grapefruit finish.

Nope, it’s not pushing the hop barrier, but, it is a solid APA that treats the hop with respect. We all should be so respectful.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Nose is citrus and floral hops. Really balanced malt and hop profile, with a bit of a dry finish. Lots of hops in the after taste. Palate is well-carbonated albeit a bit thin.

12 oz. bottle via trade with tytoanderso - Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a 3/4 finger thick off white head. Very light spotty lacing. Aroma is toasted malt and grassy hops. Flavor is a nice balance of hops and malt. Medium body. A nice drinking PA. Thanks Tyler.

An almost orange pour with agooey white lace. Light malt on the nose almost no hops. Nice full malt flavor very solid hop profile give a very good finishing bitter. A bit thin and over carbonated for me. Good PA pushes the limit on the hops.

Oct. 2007 - Golden brown color with smallish head and lacing. Flavor of earthy hops, english style. Flavor was malty sweet with English style earthy hops. Full flavor and good hoppiness and a good tasting beer. Maybe too hoppy for an English Pale Ale, but the hop-style certainly didn’t taste American. Thanks to eaglefan538 for sharing.
