Ungstrup (11692), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 21, 2008 Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet and very malty with light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with lighter notes of grain and straw - as from a recent harvest, leading to a slightly bitter finish where the notes of straw lingers. omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 3, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, small head. Mild creamy malty nose. Sweet andmedium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Fairly low on hops, but rich on malt. Only slight bitterness. More like a helles than a pilsener, thus very unlike their 10°. This showcases creamy soft malt rather then saaz hops. yespr (7779), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 11, 2008 From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a a lacing white head. Fresh malt aroma with a mild yeasty touch. Flavour is mild spiced bitterhops. Light malt base and creamy to fruity yeast presence. Ends mild spiced and bitter. oh6gdx (6459), Vaasa, Finland Jul 1, 2008 Draught (as Stříbro Argent@Zly Casy). Hazy deep golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is barnyard, some mild fruits and yeast. Big filling flavour of malts, slight yeast and some fruityness. harrisoni (5474), Ashford, Kent, England Jul 9, 2008 On tap at the brewery, day 2 of RBESG. Hazy darkish gold, lasting off white head. Slightly fuller in mouth. Bit more yeast character than the 10%. OK, but I prefer the 10.
