turbothy (619), Nørrebronx, Denmark Apr 14, 2008 Bottled. Serious overflow when uncapped. Pours hazy yellow with large frothy head. Sweet aroma. Medium body. Some sediment in the glass, as well as yeast residue. Unremarkable flavour. mgoy (282), Oak Brook, Illinois, USA Mar 11, 2008 Uberach Blonde is honey colored and unfiltered. The head is very pronounced with many small bubbles rather than a large consistent froth. The aroma beer is very light with hints of citrus. This is a refreshing beer but not very filling. maeib (4012), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Mar 6, 2008 Bottled. A hazy orange coloured beer with no head. The aroma is yeasty and a little spicy. The taste is yeasty with some light lemon notes. Quite pleasant easy drinker. Seems more Belgian than French. Dezzilu (176), Versailles, France Jan 14, 2008 I was quite surprised at the look and smell of this beer after it was poured in the glass, there was all kinds of action going on with a hint of citrus fruits. In fact, I really thought this was a white beer or hefe. This being said, the flavor was disappointingly thin and the wonderful citrus in the smell was lost. Oh well, still a decent French beer. Laegraid (37), Oslo, Norway Nov 23, 2007 Updated: Jan 2, 2008Tasted 22. nov- 07. Poured quite poorly, may have been because it had been in a backpack. Smell of soapy flowers and sweet bread. Its a sweet beer, but not unbalanced. Quite dry and metallic in the mouth.
