Bov (4735), Bienne, Switzerland Mar 7, 2002 honey colour, big creamy head, some yeast floating, very discreet aroma, malty, fresh and slightly fruity, full-bodied, lot of carbonation, dry and acid, short finish - this brewery really makes beers which are not easy to understand omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Dec 30, 2006 Bottled. Muddy mustard yellow, no head. Aroma of honey melon and vanilla. Sweet and light bodied, freshening and rounded, lightly citric. Low bitterness. A well structured rather unusual unassuming beer. maeib (4106), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Mar 6, 2008 Bottled. A hazy orange coloured beer with no head. The aroma is yeasty and a little spicy. The taste is yeasty with some light lemon notes. Quite pleasant easy drinker. Seems more Belgian than French. mgoy (289), Oak Brook, Illinois, USA Mar 11, 2008 Uberach Blonde is honey colored and unfiltered. The head is very pronounced with many small bubbles rather than a large consistent froth. The aroma beer is very light with hints of citrus. This is a refreshing beer but not very filling. RichardGretton (2746), Leicestershire, England Aug 20, 2004 Cloudy looking beer rather like a wheat beer. The aroma is sweet and slighlty citric and the flavour is citirc and slightly dry. Overall a refreshing wheat beer like beer.
