Bottle (Merci, Stephane !): reddish-brownish head with a smaller beige foamy layer; fruity (dried fruits) and caramelly nose; sweet and slightly sourish flavour, light bodied; fruity-malty finish plus a little acidity. Not great...........

Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, bread, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (130508)

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a mid-sized beige frothy head. Dusty, sweet toast-malty nose with caramel and peppery spice. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness; quite slim bodied for an abv of 5.2%, slightly fizzy on the tongue. Toasty malt-character with notes of caramel and dried prunes; medium-dry, sweet, toasty and slightly sourish finish. Not my cup of tea (10.06.08).

Bottled. Pours a nice, opaque chestnut brown with quite a lot carbonation. Very sweet, somewhat lacking punch.

bottle. Dark brown colour, beige head, which is quite creamy and very persistent. Very malty with hints of roasted malts, caramel and chocolate. Full of flavour, this is lovelly.
