kappldav123 (1066), Markkleeberg, Germany Jan 18, 2008 The bottle looks like a öko-beer, the beer in the glass is very turbid. Aroma is very, very fruity. Flavor the same. Finish like a good hefeweizen. Not bad, interesting experience.
JoeMcPhee (3807), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Sep 13, 2008 Hazy golden-yellow beer with a white head. Aroma is intensely floral, roses, lavender and ginger with a touch of orange peel and sweet pale malt. Really impressive nose with everything coming together in good harmony. Flavour shows less of the aromatic character than there is in the nose. Lots of rose/ginger flavour though without any of the gingery heat. A kiss of citrus and lavender flavour on the back. There might be a hint of coriander in here, in addition to the other spices mentioned. This is another completely unique brew that works quite well as a concept. GRM (867), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada Jun 24, 2008 Sample, savoured at the Mondial de la bière on May 30 2008; eye: unfiltered honey, no head, no effervescence, no lacing; nose: floral (rose), light ginger, light hops; mouth: light, floral, rose, light hops, finale in rose and a bit nippy (ginger), medium-thin body, slightly bitter; overall: quite likable

Quack-Duck (1900), Bodensee, Germany Aug 21, 2007 Updated: Aug 22, 2007bottle. Pale yellow colour, coudy, very persistent small head. Perfumy aroma of flowers and peach. Yeasty and malty, reminds me slightly of a German Hefeweizen. Additionally, there are flavours of peach and flowers which are quite dominating. Rather unusual and interesting beer.
