Gushing to fully hazy straw-yellow beer; medium, persistent white head. Grainy-malty nose, coriander, yeast-esters, lightly infected (Pedio?) I strongly suspect. Dry spicy, estery and again somehow sub-infected flavours, yeast (...) determined. Medium bodied, very spritzy, grist slickness. Not really convincing, La Klintz. <i> Thanks, Stefaan.</i>

Jun 4, 2008 Bottled. Gushed on opening but hen poured headless, and very muddy orange. A funky nose with some sugary notes, and a lot of yeast. More yeast in the taste with some citrus fruits and more funky hoppiness. An oddball of a beer.

Jun 2, 2008 <i>Bottle at Le Quincampe, Paris</i><br />Cloudy deep blond color; poor head, too fizzy. Medium dry mouthfeel, not much flavor, some residual sugars, a bit fruity and spicy, and with traces of yeast. Very low bitterness. A simple Blond Ale.
