FrankJohansen (2571), Sabro, Denmark Nov 19, 2006 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a small frothy head. Aroma and taste of malts and hops. Interesting hints of gewürztraminer. henrikb (1031), Aarhus, Denmark Jul 27, 2006 Golden, little unclear body, white very small bubbled head; Very special, very interesting nose, deep and complex but could be bigger. Hop and malt is very well balanced, behind it a very slight touch of the exotic character and sharpness from the Marc de Gewürtztraminer; The body is balanced but quite thin; Finishing very fast with almost no fell an only a little aroma, the sharpness of the Marc is present. Generally a good beer, where the nose does the biggest part of the job. Jeppe (2635), Řlbutikken, Denmark Mar 8, 2005 Cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Full aroma, cheesy and herby, not my cup of tea. Ultra dry flavor with lots of herb notes. Thin body, watery mouthfull. Not good. Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 21, 2005 An unclear beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wine, coriander, and yeast. the flavor is sweet with ginger being most dominant, but also notes of wine, coriander, and citrus, before a dry end sets in. The body is thin. omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 16, 2005 Bottled. Cloudy golden. Flowery yeasty aroma. Sweet and medium bodied, the gewürztraminer really adds to the flavour and vinous character. A very interesting beer, even if it’s not the most well balanced.
