Draught at the brewpub. Slightly fruity aroma, some spicy hoppiness. Very dark copper colour, almost brown. Unstable head. The flavour also has spicy hops, some sweet malt character and medium bitterness. Easily drinkable. Not complex, but well-balanced.

Small pop-top brown bottle. Somewhat murky amber-orange body with a good inch of head that leaves good lacing. Smells nutty with some other malt. Tastes malty with kind of a peppery/smokey quality to it... Caramel malt is also a big player in the flavor. Rather light in body. Not sure how fresh this one is. Not quite like everyone else is talking about... Nonetheless, not bad, but not great, and I probably won’t be triny this one again unless I find it on tap somewhere.

Pours a nice brown/copper color, fairly clear, with a minimal off-white head of foam. Marginal lacing. Mildly malty and carbonic in the aroma. The taste is nice, with a caramel malt presence that is a bit drier than I am used to, followed by nice spicy noble hops. Almost medium body and quite effervescent. Dry and clean in the aftertaste.

bottle via Mysteryswap (thanks FlacoAlto!). Pours a hazy brown with s small white head that quickly leaves. Nose is mostly grains and some fruity esters, perhaps some apples or pears. Tastes a bit oxygenated cardboardy on top of some graininess. Dry bitter finish. More hops than expected. Moderate carbonation. medium body.

33cl. bottle: This one pours a slightly hazy, somewhat coppery-brownish color. Mine had very little head that dropped off quickly and left no lacing. The aroma is good. Some notes of fruit (possible apple) and caramel. Some grassy hops also. The taste is quite good. A hint of sweetness in the beginning, followed by a dry, biscuity taste, along with some bitterness. A large amount of flavor for such a low alcohol beer.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with a moderate off-white head that fades to a thin line fairly quickly. Strong aroma of sweet hard candies, apples, and hops. The flavor was completely different. Not at all sweet. The initial taste was malty followed quickly by some hops bitterness. Quite dry at the finish. Very interesting beer, especially since there was such a divergence between the aroma and flavor.

Apple aroma with light citrus quality. Reddish brown color with off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet with a bitter finish. Has a strange thirst quenching quality which would make it go well with food. Lightly roasted woody malt flavor. Dry on the finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Clae amber brown color iwth a average fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted with notes of caramel., moderate hoppy as the aroma on the hopstorage. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and bitter, finish floavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average duration. A well balancede alt beer. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, some very light metalic feel in the finish.
