Jun 12, 2008 strong aroma, but comes off as to sour/hoppy (whatever that is), cloudy yellow, smalll head,flavor is too much grass,with not enough balance, but still a very decent pilsener. palate ok.

Mar 12, 2008 Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is slightly hoppy and malty. The flavor is sweet mlaty with a light bitter finish. Thanks Maria for the trade.

Jan 6, 2008 Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, fruit, malt. Flavour is fruit, malt, sweet, hop, flower. Nice pilsner.

Dec 3, 2007 Bottle. Golden, a bit hazy beer, with a white, diminishing head. Citrusy, piney start on the aroma, quite tropical-fruity, with a little sweetness in the background. Fruity, piney flavor, with a nice bitterness and a little sweetness in the background. Decent body and a nice, fruity and piney finish. There’s a little sourish touch to the beer, all the way, but it way in the background, and it might be because it was a month past BB-date. Definately a hoppy pilsner, and I like it. (071203)

Nov 19, 2007 Yellow of color with a small white head. An aroma of sweet notes, fresh bitter notes, BMS and notes of grass. A flavor of sour malt, hops and bitter.
