Yellow-orange, semi-hazy, nice head from aggressive pour, settled to 1/4 inch head with lots of lacing.
Mainly citrus and grainy malt aroma.
Semi-sweet grainy malts, citrus hops, slight bitterness at end. Overall a relatively light APA with the expected taste.
Medium carbonation, a little thin and watery, semi-dry finish.
Above average easy drinking APA.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Oct 15, 2009 High expectations because this offering is not subject to the 3.2% beer restriction in Utah.
Appearance was good with nice clarity, and an appetizing pale amber color that is nicely contrasted with a robust white head. Aroma is not very assertive, unfortunately, with some light citrus. On the palate there’s a good balance of biscuity malt with hops to round it out, but no particular quality stands out to make it memorable.
It’s good as a sessionable ale, but not something I would sit down and savor. Sparky27 (1596), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

The nose is malt and fruity hops. The taste is caramel, earthy hops and light citrus in the finish. Medium mouthfeel. An ok Pale. dionysus (116), Arizona, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 29, 2009 Bottle pours copper with red edges and an off-white head that leaves behind some lacing. Aroma is heavy in peach, orange, caramel and some spicy hop presence. Flavor starts with sweet malt and nicely balanced with dry, almost tart stonefruit. Hops are floral and moderately bitter with just a touch of sticky pine. Body is moderate and the carbonation is soft. One of the more interesting American pales that i’ve had in a while. rustychiles (1056), Mesa, Arizona, USA
