12oz bottle:
Appearance: Pours a medium golden with a nice white head, not much lace in the glass.
Aroma: Citrus and grapefruit hops
Taste: Citrus and floral hops with some caramel flavors. Finishes a little sweet malt.
Overall I think this is a good beer.

Mid copper orange, light floral perfume with a touch of apricots. good middle of the road flavours. Decent malt weight and a balanced hop texture from start to finish. Alcohol warmth makes it presence

Poured from bottle into Nonic Imperial Pint. Yellow-orange, semi-hazy, nice head from aggressive pour, settled to 1/4 inch head with lots of lacing. Mainly citrus and grainy malt aroma. Semi-sweet grainy malts, citrus hops, slight bitterness at end. Overall a relatively light APA with the expected taste. Medium carbonation, a little thin and watery, semi-dry finish. Above average easy drinking APA.

Bottle - Amber with a a foamy head. Caramel, pine, spicy malt and grapefruit feature in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly sweet taste with grapefruit, caramel, dried fruit, spicy malt and a hint of cocoa. Enjoyable and tasty.

High expectations because this offering is not subject to the 3.2% beer restriction in Utah. Appearance was good with nice clarity, and an appetizing pale amber color that is nicely contrasted with a robust white head. Aroma is not very assertive, unfortunately, with some light citrus. On the palate there’s a good balance of biscuity malt with hops to round it out, but no particular quality stands out to make it memorable. It’s good as a sessionable ale, but not something I would sit down and savor.

Bottle. Pours clear dark amber with a 2 finger off-white head that results in great lacing. The nose is malt and fruity hops. The taste is caramel, earthy hops and light citrus in the finish. Medium mouthfeel. An ok Pale.

Bottle pours copper with red edges and an off-white head that leaves behind some lacing. Aroma is heavy in peach, orange, caramel and some spicy hop presence. Flavor starts with sweet malt and nicely balanced with dry, almost tart stonefruit. Hops are floral and moderately bitter with just a touch of sticky pine. Body is moderate and the carbonation is soft. One of the more interesting American pales that i’ve had in a while.

Pours a copper color witha slight reddish tinge and a off white head that leaves sticky lacing around the glass. Aroma is malt, biscuit, hops, citrus and spices. Flavor is hops, malts, a spiciness, minerals, with a nice crisp bite in the finish. Uinta is a impressive brewery, nice pale ale.
