Aug 10, 2008 12 oz bottle, bottled on 4/14/08. Pours a clear golden orange with a large fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass a little.
The aroma is peppery, grassy hops with a little mint.
The flavor is some corny malts and vegetables with a decent slightly minty bitterness. The mouthfeel is light bodied and watery.
Overall, an OK IPA.

Aug 3, 2008 Golden, hazy pour. Light head. Moderate hop aroma, leans toward pine. Taste is more of the same, moderate pine taste. More carbonation thann I would like. As with most Utah beers, this one was weak in alcohol especially for the style. Just okay.

Jun 28, 2008 dry and crisp with floral and pine taste. not too much flavor, almost watery. could hardly call an IPA with 4% abv an IPA. but whatever. worth a a try for something different. doesn’t stand out though

Jun 12, 2008 bottle. copper pour. highly carbonated. foamy head. lacing. dry hops, citrus, light sweetness in aroma. light. easy drinking. dry hops, earthiness, very light citrus and a malt backing that lacks much definition. too much carbonation.

Apr 30, 2008 Poured a golden/safron color with two fingers of white pillowy head. The nose had really nice floral notes with solid citric presence. The tastes starts with a strong tingling of centeniel hops. Sprucey and slightly zesty. Roasted malt comes in beneth but definitely takes backseat to the hops. The finish is clean and dry. At 4.0 ABV it’s very drinkable and a great summer session beer.
