On tap @ The Bayou. Pours deep darkness with lasting thin tan head. The aroma is full and roasty with some dark malts, chocolate and a rich nuttiness. Nice. The taste is much the same with a roastiness that moves toward chocolate and nutty goodness. It is creamy and smooth with mild burnt malts into the finish.

Sep 30, 2008 Draft at the tiger. Perfect start to a wild night. Pours a dark brown body with a tan head. Chocolate a not of smoke and a light bitter coffee finish. No etoh or real hop character to boot, the pint was gone as fast as it was poured.
