Gravity cask @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Raisins, fruity malt. Very drinkable but could perhaps do with a little more hop in the finish.

It was really awesoome, but the clip makes you have a vbery bad times when drinking it. The aroma and the flavor were great, and the foam great.

Malty caramel/toffee aroma. Amber with poor head retention. Sweet toffee/honey taste with a slightly bland finish. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Hand pulled at the White Horse, Parsons Green, London (as part of their Old Ale festival), with Joeh and Maeib. Bright brown, with no head and a nice brown sugar aroma. Fresh vegetable flavour - sugar cane, rhubarb. Interesting brittle mouthfeel. Only quite good.

Cask conditioned at the White Horse, Parsons Green, London. Malty, indistinctive beer that lacks character compared to others today. It loses points, on another day with less stiff competition - who knows.

Gravity, Masons Arms, Oxford. Dark copper, just a stray bubble or two. Sour, ocean apple and caramel aroma. Pleasant earthy caramel flavor, faint biscuit finish. Velvety softness to the palate. Liquid silk. If the rest of this beer measured up to the palate—wow.

Cask (gravity dispense) at the Olde Dolphin Inn summer beer festival, Derby. Ah, something to get yer lips round after a long sesh of golden ales. Sweet malts and slightly pickled fruits. Loses its way a little toward a thin finish.
