Sour, ocean apple and caramel aroma. Pleasant earthy caramel flavor, faint biscuit finish. Velvety softness to the palate. Liquid silk. If the rest of this beer measured up to the palate—wow. The aroma is sweet mlaty with primary notes of caramel combined with light notes of hops and grass. The flavor is sweet - but a very light sweet note, combined with notes of caramel and bisquits towards the finish, which is slightly bitter. wheresthepath (554), Buckinghamshire, England

Having said that, it was the last pint before they took the barrel off so perhaps not the best time to judge it...
