Ungstrup (11692), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 11, 2005 [Cask at GBBF 2005] A slightly hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is slightly sulphury, while the flavor is very grassy and dry, with a bitter hoppy end. oh6gdx (6459), Vaasa, Finland Aug 19, 2008 Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is wood, nectar and fruits along with sap and some grassy notes. Flavour is quite much fruits, some vanilla and sweet wood. fonefan (5507), Ulfborg, Denmark Oct 22, 2008 Cask (gravity) @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.
Clear light to medium orange color with virtaully none head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty, old malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (070808) duff (5407), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Aug 7, 2005 Cask@GBBF 05’. Pretty, smooth soft and malty, grainy texture, with touches of vanilla and citrus. There may be touches of caramel or chocolate aswell, but its not something that really stood out. MesandSim (4623), Highgate, Greater London, England Aug 25, 2008 A Mes rate: gravicask at GBBF.
Plain gold with no head at all. Sour fruit, apples and yeast. In fact there is a ton of apples in it. It’s practically a cider. Seriously this is not a great beer and just plain unimaginative brewing. Sorry guys.
