Hazy golden, creamy white head; the aroma is pleasant and balanced, there is just way to little of it; Very pleasant body, full, balanced to the bitter side, a little sweetness; sharp carbonation; perfect fill in finish, which is very constant (no ”holes”, no watery parts, just smooth), soft with bitter touch, malty , nuts, bread, but behind it fresh red berries like strawberry. The best Pilsner I have had.

Bottle. Pours a light, pale golden-straw body with a small fluffy white head. The aroma consists of bread, soap, and fruity cereal hops and maybe some oranges. Smooth and yeasty along with a malt backing that includes bread and grass. The bitterness is soft, yet expressive though not necessarily pronounced. Some light hay sweetness. Not bad. I think this was 0.50E, purchased at Streekproductencentrum in Halle, Belgium on May 11, 2006.

Bottle. Golden color with a white head. Fruity body with a thin light citrusy palate. Smooth mouthfeel.

Nice white head. Damp cellar aroma a la northern Germany. Taste is more like a Franconian or north Bavarian pils. Clean maltiness that ends in a fruity style. Could almost be mistaken for a cheap Czec beer...maybe. Surprisingly good.

(draught at Akkurat) Clear golden with a rich white head. Grainy, buttery and grassy aroma. Flavour of butter, grass, grains and pear. Short buttery aftertaste with some bitterness. Kinda boring.

25 cl bottle, bbe May 06. Clear orange, a few bubbles, small unstable white head. Sweet aroma of mellon. Very malty taste with hop bitterness only expressed in the rather weak but long aftertaste. Juicy, syrupy sweetness is also prominent. Strong, smooth body, good carbonation.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Clear. Off white head. Fruity and sweet. Has some herbal notes. Is quite refreshing and bitter in the end. Good one.

(Bottle 25 cl) Fully golden and clear with a small, creamy head. Incredibly full-bodied for a pilsener with sweet malt - and it’s obvious that the brewer has used lots of it. Soft and quite pleasant. 280705
