Unclear medium yellow orange amber color with a average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (180508)

Jul 6, 2008 A hazy golden ale with a thick lacing white head. Sweet coriander malt aroma, a bit of bubble gum notes and light vanilla fudge. In mouth, a very sweet candy sugar with light Belgian hops, coriander, rose water, a bit of tingling spices, and cloves. Medium bodied, a bit short in mouth. Bieropholie imports. BB 06-12-11.

May 29, 2008 Bottle. Pale malts, sweetish bread and a friendly yeast erupt into the nose. Hazy, sediment-filled yellow-golden body with a large, very dense creamy, rocky, retaining head. Sweet taste is all about the pale malts spiced with earthy coriander, finishing dry. Vague fruitiness with almost no bitterness. Soft water, very soft body. Light and pleasant, alcohol is noticeable but won’t stop anyone from gulping this sucker down as fast as possible.

May 4, 2008 ULTRABLONDE!!! no, i’m only excited because of the name--good beer, regardless... big white marshmallow head, lots of lace, hazy golden-straw body; yeasty, slightly fruity; not highly notable for alcohol presence; subtle in all the tongue-nose-type consumable layers to make a smooth, delightful refresher.
