Bottled: Altough no mention is made on the description, the dominant aroma and flavour is honey. Refreshing and plesnat nonetheless.

Cask Stillage from the Cellar at the Prince Of Wales, Foxfield 16/06/2007 Floral hoppy and citrus aromas. Golden coloured hoppy with sweet honey flavour. Crisp and bitter slightly dry malt finish.

Cask conditioned at The Masons Arms, Cartmel Fell, Cumbria. Pale Gold with white bubbly head. After a tough hot walk across Cartmel Fell, this Pub is certainly worth a visit, even though no obvious paths get th Strawberry bank, and this was a petty decent pint to slake a great thirst. Light and bitter it was certainly refreshing, a little resin note, perhaps a touch of pine nut, but that was probably my head spinning. Certainly much appreciated.
