Aug 7, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours dark and hazy to almost murky brown with a small yet dense and creamy head, light tan. Orange fruity and light milky aroma. Flavour is fruity, of oranges and mild wheaty. Light malt note too. Milky and wheaty/estery finish. Not sure this is intentional and somewhat strange.

Jun 6, 2008 Muddy, heaped and wafting with clove, pepper, red apple, yeast, banana and candy (cigarettes). Just a touch of earthy dankness in there, too. Dampness, mildew, applepeel and even faint coffee as sometimes found in an English bitter or mild. More banana and apple, splashes of sourness, spice and dryness. Impressive weiss merging into dunkelweizen territory, with a nibble of England about it. Nice.

May 14, 2008 Hazy brown with a weak off white head. An aroma of wheat, yeast, caramel, sweets and banana. A flavor with roasted notes, wheat and sweets.

Feb 17, 2008 Hazy/cloudy brown with a white head. Cloves, banana and basements in the aroma. Spicey, citrusy taste, sweetish with a sour finish, very nice one
