Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Nose & taste is yeasty & of fruity apples. Quite sweet & sugary. Medium & light bodied. Ok!

2005 Vintage, 750 ml bottle shared with my wife. Pours a hazy pale gold with a moderate white head that faded to a film before mid-glass and left very little lace. Pleasant subtle aroma of apples with some mild yeast. The flavor is again subtle with some light sweet malt and a bit of yeast up front, followed by some apples. Very refreshing actually; this is a nice summer beer. Ephemere is a good name to describe this beer.

Decent fruit beer. Unibroue is one of my favorite breweries, but I guess they had to make this to appease a small crowd of fruity beer drinkers. Subtle apple flavor, much better than Woodchucks.

[Sampled at DØE-festival with Helga, Søren and Anne, Århus 2008.] Hazy yellow and white head. Notes of apples, perfume, yeast and bubblegum. Dry end and thin body.
