IlanMan (522), Winona, Minnesota, USA Apr 19, 2008 Pour is hazy light golden with thick heavy head. Aroma is of sweet apple with a little sour smell. Taste is real smooth with a nice suttle sweet apple flavor. The aftertaste is of sour apple peel. Tastey. Might buy again.
Kaizen666 (14), , New York, USA Aug 28, 2008 As soon as you pop the cap a green apple shoots up at you and into your lungs. Pours a hazy gold, white head which melts in a heartbeat. Tastes likes an aroma that would invade your senses, when you taste a smell, as if you sat at the kitchen table watching your grandmother slice green apples into an apple pie. Beautiful. Honey aftertaste is brilliant. Gurst (312), Ann Arbor, Wisconsin, USA Aug 25, 2008 Light funk is the best description. Apple, wheat, and wildberry also present. Bubbly, champagne-like mouth feel. Finish is honey: sweet and thick. Ramenen (339), San Salvador, El Salvador Aug 25, 2008 Thanks to ghawener. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow color with a white head. Aroma of fruit and spices. Light bodied, flavors are nicely balanced of green apples, lemon and spices. Nicely done. ghawener (679), San Salvador, El Salvador Aug 25, 2008 Drank with ramenen & rsamayoa. Bottle: Within its style it’s complex, and surprisingly well crafted. Lots a fresh citrus flavors over a green apple base. Refreshing, great. whiterabbit81 (236), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 24, 2008 Aroma of tart green apple, sweet brown sugar and yeast. Color is light yellow and quite hazy. Small head which quickly disappears. Flavor is initally tart, with a nice green apple flavor and a very mild sweetness. Finishes very very clean, with very little aftertaste. Quite good and refeshing fruit beer that doesn’t rely on sweetness.
