750ml bottle part of trade from Brewgirlca, thanks Dark brown red color. Good thick lacing, slow falling. nose is raspberry pasty, sweet and light. Taste is sweet raspberry, some yeast, and light spice. Has a similar ephemere feel, really refreshing and highly drinkable. 4.05

355ml bottle. Somewhat appealing murky scarlet body with plenty of chunks and quick dying white head. Tart raspberry on the nose, not overly done, some wheaty malt and a touch of spice. Spritzy carbonation, fruit seems to give it a juicy sort of body, bit dry throughout. Flavour reminisant of watered down raspberry jam, sweet with enough tartness and drying wheat character to take the edge off. Seems like a reasonable attempt at a raspberry beer, though tartness certainly doesn’t hold a candle to the likes of a lambic framboise.

750mL bottle split with PWN3d. Pours hazy orange-red body with white head. Awesome aroma of raspberries. Not as much spritzer in the taste in comparison to the other ephemeres ive had. Very good - raspberry tart taste.

Its hard not to like an éphemère. Good fruit beer, perfect balance between malt, yeast and raspberries. It can warm you up during the winter, or cool you down in the summer....
