I’m sorry but even as a Quebecois, I don’t like that beer. There are a few white beer thet I like a lot but the Unibroue typical belgian yeast doesn’t fit with my likings, neither the spicyness. Not sweet or delicate or complex or refreshing. Since I like Unibroue a lot, I’ll make some publicity here: the Quatre-centième is great, so is 1837, and Fin du monde, and Trois-Pistoles, and Eau Bénite... Enough already...

Hazy golden look with a pure white head. Aroma is a mix between a wit and a german weize, with both banana and coriander notes along with sweet orange. Flavor was abit too bitter for i wit but all in all a great brew.

Hazy orange with a thin white head. Smell is very light and not as stand out as most Unibroue beers. Wheat, citrus, and yeast. A little sweet at first then yeast and sour lemon. Nothing special at all and I am a bit shocked.

Great smell of bananas and wheat, but really bland, especially for suck a spice-loving brewery.

12oz bottle. Light straw gold body, good clarity, with a smooth white head. Light and prickly mouth feel, high carbonation like most Unibroue beers, but this one is very thin bodied, coming off very watery. Very mild wheat up front, fruity phenols with banana and maybe a dash of coriander. Normally I’m a big fan of their beers, but this was completely underwhelming, so watery and bland, I was hoping for more, and let down with each sip.

Bottle. Pours cloudy tangerine with a small white head. Nose is typical unibroue fruity belgian spice. Lot of tart yeast, soft malt, bread, hint of citrus and candy at the end. Well carbonated without being too astringent. A nice refreshing beverage.

341ml bottle, POured hazy yellow big white head. Wheat aroma and yeast. Wheat taste and citrus. Ordinary taste but quite drinkable and refreshing. Rating #46
