Feb 1, 2009 750 ml bottle. The initial pour is a mostly clear gold with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. The secondary pour is quite cloudy with some dark floaties scattered about. Light aroma of lemon, orange and just a bit of spice. A bit more flavorful than the aroma, although not much, with lemon, orange, light spice, and yeast. Light on the palate and well carbonated.

Pours a golden yellow, cloudy pour. Aroma is pretty simple, orange-like, maybe a little lemony, and some spice. Flavor is a light refreshing banana, fruit-like, and corriander. It’s a nice brew, but personally not my favorite style.

Jan 30, 2009 Dirty yellow pour that is very fizzy.....although no head. Someone in the family gave me this bottle Had it hid in the back of the fridge....hmmmmm.....best before 9/20/07. this should be adventurous. It definatley pours flat....though the aroma is still there....yeast and fruits. I had this beer once long ago but dont remember enough to compare.......yup its flat not bad though....ripe fruits and slightly sweet. I promise i will give it another go very soon and rerate.

Jan 30, 2009 Pale yellow, clear until bottom on the bottle. Moderate white head. Fruity/yeasty aroma. Light body, foamy mouthfeel. Flavor is wheat malt, yeast, delicate hops, slightly sour.

Jan 29, 2009 355ml bottle. Huge rocky white head when poured into a weizen glass. Pale straw in colour with lively carbonation and aroma of citrus. Feels good in the mouth and tastes great.

Jan 29, 2009 Light gold, some haze, fair amount of head. Some lemon citrus and dry wheat on the nose, though a bit of the lemon has an artificial edge. While the flavor components are not strong (bosc pear, nectarine, meyer lemon) they are very refreshing and crisp.

Jan 23, 2009 12oz bottle. A hazy gold with a lasting white head and lots of visible carbonation streams. The aroma seems quite Unibroue: ripe banana, orange, pear, and spiced persimmon bread The flavor is lightly sweet with some light grainy wheat, banana, citrus, and yeast. Starts very effervescent, but after some bubbles are released, there is a lively, light body. Seems more like a session strength fin du monde with some wheat thrown in than a wit. Kinda weak, I could use some tartness or spice in here.

Jan 23, 2009 Bottle. Cloudy peach flavor, with a fizzy white head. White beers are some of the uglier beers around, but looks can be deceiving. Aromas of cloves, banana, and hay. A real farmhouse feel in the nose. Flavors of spices are present. Nutmeg, wheat, hay. Good. A watery finish that tickles the tongue and fancy. Good beer
