Bouteille de 341 ml. Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur jaune très voilé tirant sur le brun (j’ai ajouté la lie) ainsi qu’une belle mousse blanche imposante, crémeuse et durable. Notre nez respire des arômes de coriandre, d’orange, de citron, de levure et de miel. En bouche le corps est rond avec une effervescence moyenne. On goûte des saveurs douces et crémeuses de zeste d’orange, de miel, de coriandre avec une pointe de banane mûre. La finale est douce.

I found a white that I liked, goodness sake, unbelievable... I will get more of this one. Whites are one of the least favorite styles, behind pale lagers, but this one fits the bill and I enjoyed it immensely.

Very pale yellow colour and cloudy, with a firm white head. Aroma of yeast, oranges, lemon, and some hops. Flavor is sweet and light, yeasty with some citric notes. Thin texture.

Pours a clear pale yellow color with a fizzy lasting white head. Smell is wheaty first and foremost followed by some banana yeasty scent. Taste is very wheaty with some bubble gummy flavors. Not very citrusy at all, and more richly wheaty and gummy in flavor. Still very drinkable and a solid witbier.

Large Bomber purchased at the LCBO. Pours a cloudy yellow with a fizzy short lived head. The aroma is wheat and citrus, some orange and lemon. The flavours are prominently citrus, mainly lemon, coriander is extremely subtle. Too much carbonation subtracts from the flavour. Expected more from this brewery, but not bad, very drinkable and refreshing.

Unclear yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, citrus, fruity notes - pear, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery - smooth, carbonation is soft to lively. (290608)

Yellow orange color, aroma of mandarin, orange, lemon and other citircs, flavor are lemon and some spice

(Bottle). Very floral fruity aroma. Hazy yellow orange with no head. Mild lemon and yeast taste, with some spicy tang. Lots of carbonation. Refreshing, and pretty good, although not my favorite style.
