| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 4, 2008 330ml bottle. Bright straw body with slight haze, dense creamy white head atop leaving solid lace. Aroma is very in-your-face, plenty of bitter orange, lemon, and spice, sourdough bread and wheat malt in the background. Creamy texture, high carbonation, fullish body, some sourness and drying throughout. Plenty of spice on the body, sharp citrus rind and subtle fruity esters i’d best describe as pear and banana. Finishes with a dry wheat bread character, some sourness in there, but complimentary. Certainly one of the best Belgian-style Wits i’ve tried to date. rustychiles (1068), Mesa, Arizona, USA
