| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Apr 3, 2008 poured a slightly hazy yellow with an ample 2 fingers of head. Aroma was lots of wheat, similar to cream of wheat accept with a bit of tartness. Flavor was all tart cream of wheat with little citrus or spicing coming through. Though it had some tartness it wasn’t nearly enough to make the beer refreshing. very active, typical unibroue mouth feel. Not a good white ale. jstraw (775), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 26, 2008 750ml brown bottle - Pours a lovely yellow gold colour with a proud snow white head. Yeasty lemon wheat aroma. Very enjoyable wheat flavour with a decent amount of carbonation, has an almost lemon and pepper finish, very much a summer drink, even though I can see snow out my window, I could imagine a sunny day sitting on the balcony, supping this and watching the world go by.
