| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 14, 2007 Strong clove and lemon aroma with cabbage to a lesser degree. Classic witbier appearance, milky yellow, thick white head. Great mouthfeel, perfect carbonation, round bodied. Lemon cream taste with a nicely balanced lemon grass finish. There’s nothing terribly unique about this beer, but it is done well and a credit to the style. The 12 oz. bottle left me wanting more. Next time, I’ll get a case. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 13, 2007 The Blanche de Chambly is for me the most lackluster Unibroue offering. Its greatest strength is the characteristic Unibroue mouthfeel, which is as soft as can be. It’s a very thin beer, but then again I find many Belgian-style witbiers to be thin and rather boring. hopson (595), Williamsville, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 10, 2007 one of the more enjoyable beers from this brewer...refreshing, light, and highly drinkable, this beer is straw yellow and clear with a white head and tight bubbles. Distinctly unibroue, but also, accesible. rodenbach99 (708), Longueuil, Quebec, Canada

Everything was a nice witbier but there was something strange in the finish. Will rate again after getting another bottle and see if I can’t determine the flavours. bmanLS (114), Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 2, 2007 Popcorn yellow and cloudly with quick fizzy head best describes how this white pours out. Sweet aroma of orange peels maybe with a spicy flavor similar to other whites. I like it, try one.
