| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 14, 2007 Very nice aroma but a little weak. I get mainly citrus and wheat. The taste was also a little more mild than I expected. The flavor is a very light citrus (lemon) and some wheat. I am real disappointed because when I held the bottle to light I saw TONS of sediment. The finish is clean. The palate is weak and the finish is a rather dry. Probably won’t buy this again and I was very let down by this one. riversideAK (2779), Shoreline, Washington, USA

Aroma is wheaty with a little spice and orange. Rather subdued aroma. Flavor is wheat, sweet citrus, spice. Light and thin. It quenched the thirst. gunhaver (1043), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 7, 2007 Updated: Jun 5, 2008Bottle. Cloudy peach flavor, with a fizzy white head. White beers are some of the uglier beers around, but looks can be deceiving. Aromas of cloves, banana, and hay. A real farmhouse feel in the nose. Flavors of spices are present. Nutmeg, wheat, hay. Good. A watery finish that tickles the tongue and fancy. Good beer. theisti (1685), Leawood, Kansas, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 5, 2007 12 oz bottle from Unibroue 8 bottle sampler. Pour is a hazy, cloudy yellow with a very thin white head. Yest particulates are evident in the pour. Aroma of Belgian yeast and some earthiness. Taste is wheat body and a nice lemon tart sour twinge throughout. Very solid Belgian Wit, though not quite enough "zip" to me. Bobsy (194), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Not surprisingly, this beer has a wheaty taste, but also undertones of fruit. Nice floral aroma. Refreshing, and great for summer. hayduke (1664), Eureka, California, USA
