Hazy gold color, but virtually no head. Starts with a bit of stone fruit, quickly becoming citrus, and the coriander seems there. Medium bodied, a bit fizzy, but not in a bad way. The finish is very lightly bitter, and overall this is quite pleasant. missing (72), Wichita, Kansas, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 24, 2007 Hazy straw color with a small tight head (that just wouldn’t go away). Crisp and dry without the fake citrus of other wits. Coriander and orange both come through nicely. All in all a very good hot summer beer. Enjoyed it very much. Cliff (366), Avon Lake, Ohio, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 23, 2007 Bottle, poured a hazy, pale straw color with a thick, and I mean thick head. Citrus aromas, typical for a wit. Similar flavors, quite crisp and dry. Refreshing and it was not a problem dring the entire 750. One of the better wit’s I’ve had, but it doesn’t really stand out as anything exceptional. blinesam (233), USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 22, 2007 nice wheat beer. As you would expect, its good, refreshing, not soapy. However, I would say that there are better belgian white beers out there. Bottle makes it seem like this beer is amazing but its jsut pretty good. davidpl (435), Santiago, Chile
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 22, 2007 Appearance: Fair turbid. With medium, white color and persistent head.
Aroma: Notes of yeast that resemble the bread and the banana. Touch of citric fruits like the lemon and the orange. Low persistence of the hop, sweet aroma with spicy notes.
Flavor: low hoppyness, touch of coriander and parsley. Begins sweet-acid and finishes with a slight bitterness. Reminiscences of citric fruits like lemon and grapefruit.
Palate: light to medium body, semi-oily texture. High carbonation.
Refreshing but the most weak Unibroue’s traditional beer.

Not much of any aftertaste. An absolutely marvelous example of the style, with a delightful almost lambic tartness, this hazy, golden brew delivers a plethora of spice to the palate, goes down clean and refreshing, and is the perfect beer for almost any occasion, but particularly those hot summer nights spent sitting outdoors by a barbecue. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 19, 2007 Fully clear, very carbonated beer with an orange shine; fine, yellowish tinted good head. Very orangey-coriander-flowery nose. Perfumey to the brink of overdose. The same fake citrussy/orangey, coriander-determined flavours as in the nose. Thanks to a decently low temperature, refreshing, but God forbid this would warm up. Slight pappy slickness, light body, very carbonated. Very perfumey witbier. It remains acceptable, but it will never be my preference.
