On tap @ Sassafrazz, Toronto. Really like this wit. Medium bodied, coriander spice citrus. Very well done. Prefer on tap than in bottle

An excellent witbeir. A lot less action than most Unibroue beers. Pours nice and golden brown with a thin lacy head. Mouthfeel is nice with a little acidic taste. Flavor is excellent with no need for a lemon. Aftertaste is sweet and refreshing. An excellent choice.

(12 oz bottle) Pale gold with fair white head. Fruity aroma. Flavor is yeast, citrus, some spice. Only medium bodied.

750 ml bottle, best before 11/11/06. Sampled 2/15/07. Hazy golden, with a thin white head.

Aroma is lemon, apple, and toast. slight yeast notes as well.

Delicate flavors of lemon, apple, corriander, with a light peppery bite. Crisp clean finish.

Not overly complex, but it works.

12 oz bottle from a variety pack. Large white head, definitely hit with the citrus upon first sniff. Smooth and not overly bitter, got smoother as it went down. Good whit, but not my favorite of the pack. That’s probably just personal preference as I prefer darker heavier ales to the lighter beers. Still, very easy to drink.

Poured light gold with a little head. The aroma and taste were very yeasty with hints of fruit.

12 oz bottle poured into glass. Nice white head with citrius aroma. Very pleasant tasting with citrius fruity flavors. I enjoyed this beer.
