| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 27, 2007 An excellent witbeir. A lot less action than most Unibroue beers. Pours nice and golden brown with a thin lacy head. Mouthfeel is nice with a little acidic taste. Flavor is excellent with no need for a lemon. Aftertaste is sweet and refreshing. An excellent choice. kwoeltje (1321), Manchester, Missouri, USA

Aroma is lemon, apple, and toast. slight yeast notes as well.
Delicate flavors of lemon, apple, corriander, with a light peppery bite. Crisp clean finish.
Not overly complex, but it works. gwpom (250), Akron, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 12, 2007 12 oz bottle from a variety pack. Large white head, definitely hit with the citrus upon first sniff. Smooth and not overly bitter, got smoother as it went down. Good whit, but not my favorite of the pack. That’s probably just personal preference as I prefer darker heavier ales to the lighter beers. Still, very easy to drink. BDR (2162), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
