| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 11, 2009 Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a bubbly white head that quickly disappears. Aroma has notes of orange, yeast, mineral and spice. Flavour also has a strong mineral note along with citrus and spice. Highly carbonated and with some slight sourness on the front palate. Not a terrible wit but not overly impressive either; seems a little one-dimensional. hawthorne00 (135), Australia
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Dec 10, 2009 Fairly clear orange, fading white head. Zest and coriander, somewhat leafy yeast. Fairly strong carbonation, but lacks the balancing lemon pudding creaminess you often get in this style. Works well with semi-soft cheese. The 500lb gorilla in the style is really good. Perhaps it’s unfair, but this seems tame by comparison. Travlr (787), Washington, Washington DC, USA

Aroma of bubblegum and banana.
Taste has citrus, apple and coriander.
Interesting wheat, could be more complex. kwerikson (116), burlington, New Jersey, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 7, 2009 pours out a hazy pale gold with a tall fizzy head that fell at a medium rate that was very white in color. the body is a cloudy bubbly hazy gold as when it poured out. the aromas are fragrant with notes of apples and grapes. some light yeast is also present in the nose with a little touch of hops and plenty of lemon zest. very citrusy to the nose. it has nice mouth feel with a substantial amount of bubbles rolling over my tongue. it finishes dry and very clean. the taste is present but no main flavor takes point and its very well balanced but a little lacking. very refreshing i might add and just plain enjoyable. nothing great, but definatley better then being bad, pairs well with seafood. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Not a bad Wit. But not a great one either. Pours a golden cloudy with pillows of white head. Flavor is lemony, with notes of lemongrass. Acidic and Sweet. Finishes clean. lithy (1800), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 1, 2009 Hazy orange yellow, white, thin, loose foam. Bitter orange peel aroma, some wheat, spicy esters. Taste is more sweetness, bitter orange citrus, solid wit. rags2rags (26), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 29, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick bubbly head. The aroma is sweet, citrusy, and spicy. The taste is a mildly citrusy and yeasty. Very little yeasty remainder on the palate. Nothing special; it can’t hold a candle to there Belgian strong ales. Do yourself a favor and get La Terrible, Trois Pistoles, or La Fin Du Monde if you want something by this brewery.
