Pours a deep golden, lots of carbonation along the glass, quick bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma has a strong clove, chamomile, wheat, light grainy note with a light sweetness. Flavor has a slightly sour wheat that quickly fades to a chamomile note, clove to follow with a sweet grainy and spicy ending. Light body, effervescent texture with almost no lacing on the glass. Great for the style but an okay brew when compared to the rest of their lineup.

Dark yellow with a fluffy white head, long-lasting with decen lacing. Aroma of bubblegum and banana. Taste has citrus, apple and coriander. Interesting wheat, could be more complex.

pours out a hazy pale gold with a tall fizzy head that fell at a medium rate that was very white in color. the body is a cloudy bubbly hazy gold as when it poured out. the aromas are fragrant with notes of apples and grapes. some light yeast is also present in the nose with a little touch of hops and plenty of lemon zest. very citrusy to the nose. it has nice mouth feel with a substantial amount of bubbles rolling over my tongue. it finishes dry and very clean. the taste is present but no main flavor takes point and its very well balanced but a little lacking. very refreshing i might add and just plain enjoyable. nothing great, but definatley better then being bad, pairs well with seafood.

Not a bad Wit. But not a great one either. Pours a golden cloudy with pillows of white head. Flavor is lemony, with notes of lemongrass. Acidic and Sweet. Finishes clean.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick bubbly head. The aroma is sweet, citrusy, and spicy. The taste is a mildly citrusy and yeasty. Very little yeasty remainder on the palate. Nothing special; it can’t hold a candle to there Belgian strong ales. Do yourself a favor and get La Terrible, Trois Pistoles, or La Fin Du Monde if you want something by this brewery.

(bottle) Cloudy, straw-colored body and a big, disappearing pillowy white head. Full aroma of wheat and spice with malted sugar, some fruit (pear and slight citrus), and hint of alcohol. Body is thin to medium and very soft with carbonation. Flavor has lemon and spice (coriander).

Bottle thanks to thirdeye11. Yellow pour with a ring of white head. Nose is heavy with spices and light oranges. Decent on the palate, spicy flavor with a crisp orange finish.
