Light hazy yellow orange with a soft white fizz. Mild citrus and floral aroma, musty yeasty sweet malt. Taste is yeasty bread, floral hops, very must and subdued.

Bottle - Pours a cloudy golden amber in color with a small white head that fades to a thin covering over the beer. Aroma is full of Belgian yeastiness and citrusy with a distinct fruity clove/banana character that is quite appealing. Finish is yeasty, slightly sour and full of the fruity esters that make this beer delightful. Really good...

don de dieu: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it is a good beer, but there is somethig in the taste that has me avoid this beer. Maybe I should age some, maybe I think it is too strong in alchool and that I prefer the quite-similar-lower-in-alchool Quatre-Centieme, maybe the spicyness is not to my liking being too sour, but even if quality is indeed here, it is far from my favorite from Unibroue. I much prefer an Eau Benite, a Fin Du Monde or that Quatre-Centieme.

Pours a nice cloudy, orange golden color with a medium white head. Nice carbonation. Looks good. The nose is sweet bananas, lemon zest and fresh oranges. Alcohol hits you in the mouth but then the roundness of the malt and the fruit comes through. Finishes a touch sweet with very little bitterness.

Bottle. Tan orange with small white head. Nose is sourdough bread, clove. Tastes of oranges, brown sugar, sweet bread. A little lively in the mouth. Slightly lighter and drier than other Unibroue 9%s.

Pours a hazy mild orange. Huge head, little lace. Nose of lemon frosting and white grape juice. Taste of ripe fruit; pears, peaches, and scupanon’s. Candied fruit sweetness. The beer finishes bitter but taste more like over-ripe fruit than hops. No lingering hop’s on the tongue. The alcohol is nice with this easy drinking beer!

750ml bottle from BevMo! Mission Valley. Pours a cloudy medium golden color with an orange hue. Nose was very fruity and quite sweet. Flavor held some Belgian yeast along with candied peaches, a touch of hops and booze in there as well.
