Pours a dark gold in color, with a highly carbonated head forming on top. Smell is floral and fruity. Plenty of ripe fruit, mostly lighter fruits. Taste is delicious juicy fruits, some noticeable, typical unibroue yeast. Very bubbly mouthfeel and very easy drinking. Could drink a lot of this. smjohnst (203), , Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Oct 1, 2008 This was a GREAT beer. It was a little bit similar to Weyerbacher’s Merry Monks. I DEFINITELY couldn’t sense the high alcohol content in it at all. It was very easily drinkable. DrDavid (957), Johnson, Vermont, USA

Aroma is fruity, sweet, spicy and some alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt, fruity, spicy and alcohol. I find this balanced and very drinkable. For me this could easy go as a nice Belgium triple. flatmatt (230), Northville, Michigan, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 28, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours gold with a small white fizzy head. Aroma is strong, sugary apple juice, spice, and a hint of cloves. Flavor is lighter on the apple, but still fairly sweet, with bready malts, cloves, hints of caramel and dark fruits, and a little hoppiness. Not bad. gerardoluna (195), Mexico

[Nouse] Yeasty, citric, fruity, fresh...
[Mouth] Malt hits the mouth first giving way to honey and alcohol and cirtic finish, medium body, a lot of carbonation
A great strong Belgian-style ale. Really big fan of the Unibroue.
