I get hits of citrus and spice and some grain too. Interesting but a bit of a muddle to me.

Bottle. Pours yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is mostly wheat with other subtle sweet aromas present as well. Flavor is slightly sweet with citrus. The aroma and flavor are somewhat different but combine well to make a good beer.

750mL bottle - pours a beautiful hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is yeast, citrus, apple and wheat. Flavour is a smooth balance of citrus, wheat, and light fruit. Alcohol is well-hidden. Excellent Unibroue brew.

Bottle from The Party Source. Pours a cloudy gold color with a medium smooth white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, coriander, apricot, clove, apple, and wheat. Well-balanced flavor of citrus, dried fruits, sweet malts, caramel, wheat, alcohol, and mild spices. Sweet, smooth with a citrus bite, and easy to drink despite the alcohol presence. Unmistakable Unibroue character.

341mL bottle at the Kick Off. Pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. The aroma is huge on the citrus, with Unibroue yeast, green apple esters (dms?), weird funk aspect and some cinnamon spice. The flavour starts out simply with some candi sugar and pale malts but has a very big citrus zingy finish that is almost lambic-like. Werid, but enjoyable. Lingering yeast flavours as well as the fruity esters, mainly green apple. Alcohol is fairly apparent but not ruinous. Highly carbonated and prickly feeling. Reminds me of aged La Fin Du Monde. Has some elements that remind me of a Gueze somehow, interesting. Worth paying for.

Dark amber pour from bottle. Hints of orange, clove and vanilla. Solid offering from the always excellent Unibroue.

Golden yellow with an off white head. Pleasing hints of young fruits and floral notes. Sweet and carbonated nicely--goes down a little too easily for the ABV. Rather enjoyable.

Pours murky dark yellow with a fizzy pour and an of white quick to fade head. Aromas of sweet coriander, clove, some caramel, touch of nutmeg, wheat, and light fruit. Sweet flavor of light fruit (orange, lemon, banana mix), clove, caramel, and wheat. Fizzy on the palate which turned me off a bit. Slightly dry and sour finish. Like a sour meets Belgian style.
