Pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. The aroma is huge on the citrus, with Unibroue yeast, green apple esters (dms?), weird funk aspect and some cinnamon spice. The flavour starts out simply with some candi sugar and pale malts but has a very big citrus zingy finish that is almost lambic-like. Werid, but enjoyable. Lingering yeast flavours as well as the fruity esters, mainly green apple. Alcohol is fairly apparent but not ruinous. Highly carbonated and prickly feeling. Reminds me of aged La Fin Du Monde. Has some elements that remind me of a Gueze somehow, interesting. Worth paying for.
