Pours pale amber with a smallish off-white head that fades to a cover. Soma lacing. The aroma is very fruity, grapes, peach, oranges and bananas. The flavor is raisins, bananas, apple, clove, pepper and musty yeast. The mouthfeel is soft and round. This paired exceptionally well with a thick, rare, ribeye steak.

Apple w/cloves for aroma, it’s general color and lightness made me think more of a saison but w/alcohol. Truly excellent, it has a nice spicyness but some heaviness, almost like Christmas. Fantastic.

A poor second cousin to Unibroue’s other offerings. Very fruity aroma, a bit like hard cider. Nice color and texture. A bit astringent and thin, sharp and edgey, but not strong, like a bitter herb tea. Finish is dry and the head effect is spinning, strong and not mellow at all. ~

750 ml bottle. Big fizzy head. Strange that some pours are the opposite. Hazy orange color is rather consistant though. Aromas of sweet apple and sugar. The flavor is sweet also but with that pepper bite. Alcohol is very apparent. But it still goes down smooth. Good stuff.

Head, what head? I don’t need no stinkin head! Whilst there be no head, there is a rich, cloudy orange-hued body. It almost looks like a Goya product. In the beginning, there is a mellow apple juiciness and cracked black pepper spiciness. Down deeper than that is the nectar-sweetness of apricots. The finish is more peppery than bitter. The palate is slightly acidic and carbonated. Despite being 10-1/2%, it drinks remarkably smooth and is therefore quite dangerous.

sweet smelling flowers/ apple/ spice/ and some molasses. Some apple and peppery-spice in the first sip. The alcohol bites the tongue a bit. nice copper brown color. The finish is a little too syrupy sweet. More balanced as it warms (or maybe I’m just feeling happier from the alcohol ....)

Very spicy cinnamon aroma. Maybe a little green apple too??? Tiny white pillows for the head which didn’t last long. Palate was just too harsh. Had quite a spicy bite to it. Alcohol flavor was also a little too apparent. To me, this one wasn’t well balanced at all. Just wasn’t very smooth & drinkable

Bottled. Hazy orange coloured with an off white head. Aroma of fruits and spices with notes of alcohol. Flavour of fruits and spices with notes of alcohol. Warming alcoholic finish.
