| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 30, 2009 Tap. Pours a cloudy light tan with very little head. Aroma’s got apples, of course, with a little spice and sourness. I swear I smelt a little funk in there, too. Tasted basically like sour apple Jolly Ranchers at the start, with a lot of the apple flavor in the finish. I also noted some spice and a little bubblegum. Sharply carbonated and slightly dry overall. This one had too much apple and not enough real beer flavor, nor anything else to make it particularly distinctive. shawnm213 (957), South Bend, Indiana, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 22, 2009 Pours a hazy amber yellow with a tall white head that stays around for a good while. The aroma is bursting with yeast and notes of apples but not much else. But what else should I expect, I suppose. Tastes like fresh apples, yeast and a bit of hop character mixed with apples in the finish. Light and medium bodied feel. Not overly sweet like other fruit beers I’ve had. Would probably buy this one again.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 21, 2009 Botttle as shown. Pours a pale yellow golden with a medium frothy white head that diminshes quickly. The aroma is a dark fruit with apple and pears. The taste is a tart apple and yeast with a clean finish. Easy to drink a very good fruit beer from Unibroue.
