Pours clear golden orange color with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of sour apple Jolly Ranchers with a little musty yeast. Flavor has a Belgian yeasty flavor. A nice hoppy balance that accentuates the apple that comes out at the end. The body is light and spritzy, but not thin. Not too sweet and actually finishes pretty dry. One of the few from the brewery that is not huge, but very well done.

12oz bottle: Appearance is a hazy light brown with slow fading creamy white head, aroma of yeast and hints of sour apples, flavor is very watery but has some malt and yeast with hints of apples. I had high hopes for this beer but was pretty let down.

Gout artificiel de pommes. Gout phenolique de la levure unibroue. Artificial apple taste. Unibroue s phenolic yeast taste.

A dessert beer. Reminds me of champagne almost. I also love apples and champagne so maybe thats why I like this so much.

Tastes like carbonated apple juice. Not very complex. A brewed beer with apple juice added, apparently.

Good aroma of apples and some yeast. Unusual. Mellow flavor, with apple and a lot of clove. A little too much like a snakebite. Not bad, but I was hoping for it to be more flavorful.

Bottle from the Bayou. Pours a hazy golden color with a huge pillow like white head. The aroma is tons of apples, like a sour apple jolly rancher. The flavor is very nice, delicate and light apples, some yeast, tartness and a bit of citrus. Very nice and easygoing.

12 ouncer from Sun Devil. coyotehunters review is dead on, and I will add that the Granny Smith smelled and tasted accurate but with a definite hint of synthetic flavoring. Seems a great beer for reduction or sauce making.
