| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 24, 2008 Aroma of tart green apple, sweet brown sugar and yeast. Color is light yellow and quite hazy. Small head which quickly disappears. Flavor is initally tart, with a nice green apple flavor and a very mild sweetness. Finishes very very clean, with very little aftertaste. Quite good and refeshing fruit beer that doesn’t rely on sweetness.
