Fairly straightforward wheat ale, unfiltered, yeasty, with a delicate green apple and pear flavor. A deeper yellow color than most wheat ales I’ve seen.

Aroma of green apples, grape fruit, and citrus. Hazy yellow orange with a large foamy head that mostly diminished. Flavors of apples and citrus fruit, yeast and wheat. Watery and lively. Light bodied and refreshing. Ok but I’m glad I didn’t buy a bottle.

Cloudy-like presentation with liberal fizz, heavy green apple aroma. Not cider-like at all, it actually tastes surprisingly light with some bitterness. And of course there are the apples. Refreshing!

Interesting opaque yellowish pour with relatively small head. Aroma was sour apple. Tart flavors of apple- ’sour apple’ is what came to mind- though not in the synthesized, industrial sense. Refreshing, drinkable and delicious.

12 oz. bottle. Pours pale, cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is strongly tart apples with a hint of malt. Surprisingly mild flavor in general, consisting mostly of the tart and sweet apple flavor with a very small presence of malts and hops. Not a bad beer, and not quite what I was expecting.

Aroma of apple and malt that doesn’t really mix. Cloudy yellow color with a medium white head and some floaters. Light fruity malt taste with a sour finish. Creamy, silky, and smooth palate.
