| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 15, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours pale, cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is strongly tart apples with a hint of malt. Surprisingly mild flavor in general, consisting mostly of the tart and sweet apple flavor with a very small presence of malts and hops. Not a bad beer, and not quite what I was expecting. rocbyter (921), Waterbury, Connecticut, USA

Cloudy yellow color with a medium white head and some floaters. Light fruity malt taste with a sour finish. Creamy, silky, and smooth palate. MrBeerFanatic (360), jamestown, New York, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 7, 2008 12oz. Pours hazy orange with a white head that quickly disappears. Nose is candied apple, lemon, and sunblock. Body follows with similar flavors, possibly a bit more lime, bubblegum, and a slight spice from the yeast that I will lean towards coriander. Good acidity mid-palate, great carbonation, easy drinking for a unibroue. esjaygee (1561), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 4, 2008 Cloudy straw yellow with a quickly diminishing fluffy white head. Aroma of green apples and coriander. Lively carbonation feel leads off with apples and coriander coming next and finished a bit peppery. Better than most American attempts at a fruit beer. mikey (336), farmington, Utah, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 30, 2008 Poured a hazy, golden color with an inch of fine foamy head. The nose was sharp with fragrent, green apple, corriander, orange peel and floral hops. The strong apple perfume in the nose led me to expect the same in the taste. This was not the case. The begining was a much more understated green apple up front, followed by subtle tartness and a mild sweetness. Orange zest and corriander intertwine with clove in the end. The feel was light/medium with perfect carbonation. The label promises a "remarkably well balanced mouthfeel" and delivers it dead on. Highly drinkable. This is a great alternative to the tipicle summer beer. josarah (106), Hinesburg, Vermont, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Draft, Proper pour with a nice head, pleasant apple aroma. I have had bottled before, draft seemed more carbonated (in this case it was a good thing). Great hot summer day kinda beer. IlanMan (820), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA
