I have had bottled before, draft seemed more carbonated (in this case it was a good thing). Great hot summer day kinda beer. IlanMan (846), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Pour is hazy light golden with thick heavy head. Aroma is of sweet apple with a little sour smell. Taste is real smooth with a nice suttle sweet apple flavor. The aftertaste is of sour apple peel. Tastey. Might buy again. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2008 Lightly cloudy golden amber with a quarter-inch white head. Fruity apple aroma with a yeasty presence. Flavor is crisp and fruity, sweet with a lightly dry finish. Refreshing and good, but not something I’d drink often. lemasney (398), Trenton, New Jersey, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Updated: Apr 16, 2008Pours a very cloudy amber...just like I like it! Minimal head, but that might have come down to pouring technique. Amazing aroma of apple, citrus, spicy and slightly of yeast. Taste is reminiscent of Alagash White, but with an apple touch. Refreshing and clean. UPDATE: Has a 2nd bottle, poured into a different glass from a greater height. This time with the result of fluffier head, which hung around for a bit. Noticeable carbonation as well. lovemyipas (420), sw burbs, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2008 pours a cloudy dark yellow with a very nice three finger creamy, fluffy, off white head. aroma is green apples, a little coriander, and curacao with a little unibroue yeast. has a light to medium body with descent lacing and good carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma. has a little creamy mouth-feel to it and there is more of a smooth sour than sweet apples to this beer. not to bad could be better though. interesting combination of flavors also. alobar (1032), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Bottle. Thanks to richlikebeer. Pours a carbonated yellow color with a foamy white head. Powerful apple aroma. Not so pronounced on the taste. Lots of yeast in the taste. changeup45 (799), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Very smooth, certainly refreshing and pretty good but I have a tough time viewing this as a beer. If someone told me that this was a hard cider I might believe them. A golden, yellow look to it, cloudy with a nice thick foamy head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, what I at first thought might be rasberries mixed in with apples. The flavor is very smooth and refreshing, perfect for the summer. The 5.5% is much lower than other Unibroue selections I’ve had, but they still do a great job hiding what alcohol is in there. Definitely a unique brew, at least to me it is. A sweet apple flavor dominates the flavor, not overpowering in the least and again, not something I would usually drink as a beer but it does go down good in the sun. A slight yeast note in there worth noting. Overall it’s a nice change from the norm. I suggest giving it a try, you might really like it. Although, while it’s a great "sun" beer, there are much less pricey beverages to seek out while mowing the lawn.
